One individual bedroom is available in April 2025 in an updated & clean Home. Each Room occupant is a separate lease. Clean appliances, Laminate floors, granite countertops. A privacy fence surrounds a cozy garden/yard in the back and on the side. The home is on a quiet, no-outlet block of 36th St., accessible to campus via Killiam Avenue (bike lanes just added).
