One individual bedroom is available in April 2025 in an updated & clean Home. Each Room occupant is a separate lease. Clean appliances, Laminate floors, granite countertops. A high-ceiling first floor with living, dining, and kitchen areas. ... **Must see to appreciate** The room rent is set and does not change based on the number of occupants in the house. The house is a 5-minute walk to campus. Parking is free on the street. International students are always welcome.

The bedrooms are not furnished. Bedroom One has large windows and a Juliet balcony for fresh air and relaxation.

Common areas of the house include a furnished living room & dining room, kitchen and utility room (Washer/Dryer), backyard with grill, fire pit, and front porch with chairs. A privacy fence surrounds a cozy garden/yard in the back and on the side. The home is on a quiet, no-outlet block of 36th St., accessible to campus via Killiam Avenue (bike lanes just added).

This home is very secure with each room having its security lock and ample closet space. Laminate floors throughout.

Each bedroom has an individual lock to each room. Free Internet throughout the house. There is an alarm system on the premises and surveillance cameras at the entrance and common areas.

Spring, Summer, Fall, 12-month, and month-to-month leases are available. The application fee is $50. The security fee is $500. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
