Our non-profit community living program primarily houses International Students. We also welcome first/second generation American students. BRAND NEW FACILITIES Enjoy a state-of-the-art facility, with important amenities such as privacy, security, hygiene and kitchen facilities. All our rooms come fully furnished and include even a mini refrigerator for each resident. We provide professional cleaning of the restrooms and common spaces three times a week. Cleanliness and hygiene are a priority for us!
COMPETITIVE RATES With many rooms and layouts available, find the most affordable rental rates and comprehensive fixed utility rate ($90 a month utility fee is included in our rent price) year-round, in the ODU Campus area.
