I've been living here for a year and I can't get rid of MOLD!! Too much humidity is absorbed within walls that can not be removed with any kind of dehumidifier. One of the my walls is always wet!
Apartments are too old, there's something broken almost every month. The rent rises at least 50 dollars annually!
The only reason for the price for such place would be the proximity to ODU.

It is being very hard time to sleep or work during nights due to my neibour’s continuous talking voice till early morning. If yiu need quiet place to work over nights, then this place is not goid.
The apartment is good and at convenient location but there should be understanding neighbors as well who should care for their neighbors’ convenience.
I am looking for another apartment which is having some better condition as I can’t work late nights just due to continuous talking voice.

Dirty. Poor management. Had to pay the fine for insurance, even though I did follow their instructions. Other tenants are also having the same issue.

I enjoyed it here. The grounds are like a park setting and the area near ODU is nice. The apartments are really clean (no pests)and they allow dogs. The office staff are very friendly. Great value for the price.

These apartments are very old so expect there to be many cracks/holes to the outside where ants/roaches can easily enter. These openings also lend to high amounts of humidity indoors, which cause mold to accumulate in just about every room. I've found mold in my bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Not to mention leaks galore.
